How we run

Customer data on our own servers in EU data centres (Hetzner, Germany and Finland), not with a hyperscaler. Storage is encrypted at rest with AES-256 (full-disk, LUKS2).
AI inference: Google Vertex AI calls for customer data are processed in the EU. Our AI providers (Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure OpenAI) contractually do not use prompts or outputs to train models.
Certified: Prudai is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and NEN 7510-1:2024.
