Artifact licenses and attribution

Licenses apply by component, not uniformly to this repository. Existing model cards, notices and provenance are retained.

Model weights and tokenizer: see MODEL-LICENSE.json, LICENSE.model and README.source.md for the original license and attribution. Conversion changes the weight representation and runtime format; it does not replace the upstream terms.
drowse runtime modifications and core geometry (from Polythetic sources): AGPL-3.0-only, included as LICENSE.polythetic. Third-party runtime components retain their own licenses. This upload preserves the original artifact/build metadata; it does not relicense upstream model weights.
