What does using this TE do that the default doesn't? Serious question, no shade. Because all the default models are uncensored already.

The models are, the encoders are not. I have found that there is a noticeable rejection rate within the stock encoder vs the heretic encoders. Ethanfel's is the best one I have tested for the least prompt rejection.
