Quick Start
GPU (fp16)
import torch
from model import BEN_Base
model = BEN_Base()
model.load_state_dict(torch.load("gpu_fp16/pytorch_model.bin", map_location="cuda"))
model.to("cuda").eval().half()
# Inference
with torch.no_grad(), torch.autocast("cuda", dtype=torch.float16):
logits = model(input_tensor)
mask = torch.sigmoid(logits).sigmoid()
CPU (fp32)
import torch
from model import BEN_Base
model = BEN_Base()
model.load_state_dict(torch.load("cpu_fp32/pytorch_model.bin", map_location="cpu"))
model.to("cpu").eval()
# torch.compile for CPU speedup (PyTorch 2.0+)
model = torch.compile(model)
with torch.no_grad():
logits = model(input_tensor)
mask = torch.sigmoid(logits)
