Add pipeline tag and remove arXiv ID from metadata

This PR cleans up the YAML metadata by removing the arxiv:2608.17050 tag from the tags field, since arXiv IDs should appear only in the markdown content. It also adds pipeline_tag: text-generation so the artifact is discoverable under the correct category. The existing content remains unchanged.
