changes:

the only difference between V1 and V2 prompts wise is the addition of antenna hair in the head prompts. V2 has more flexiable style bleed and outfit bleed for general outfits but more bleed for white shirts, jackets and coats

know issues:

there is 2 issues with the model. sometimes the hair split is wrong, only fix is to change seed. other issue is the hair streak is... not right. can be fixed with inpaint. (This Note seems to be almost none existance in Anima version) but there is another issue, for regional conditioning. if the 2nd character hair black or white, Lacrimosa will only have 1 hair colour or 2, I have plan to maybe fix this in future version.

Trained with Anima dataset, it has both natrual languege and tag prompts, but only use NL when using it with turbo, I used this guide[https://github.com/krea-ai/krea-2/blob/main/docs/prompting.md]

Lightning bolts in eye:

Linko has Lightning bolts in her eyes, Training them into the model was taught, at very close shot it is generated normally. however at cowboy shots or far shots, use Eye detailer to inpaint them or ultimate sd upscale. otherwise the results will be a bulb instead of a lightning bolt.

v2

Version 2 is not neccerly better than Version 1. Version 2 showed better style flexiablity especially with Anima 2.9B models. but showed more outfit overfitting with base anima.

I tried my best to fix the style bleeding but after using all the tricks I knew I just can't help it with being limited by Dataset sources, thus this is the best I could manage. sometimes a small fluff ball will appear in the clothes along with button badge, with the simplest remover you will be able to fix this. the hairpin are not too authentic as I would like but they are really small it is simply impossible to get right without overfitting with my current dataset. I am having a blast with NTE so far and will look forward to making LoRA but I still have my grudge and distrust toward hotta studio so I won't get my hopes high just yet.

V1

I have to admit, NTE is very fun game, it does not take it self seriously and tycoon stuff very fun. I am officially hooked. Sadly tho, this Lora leave alot to be desired while it defintly came out way better first 2 tries than I expected. lacking diverse sources caused it to have serious style bleed. I will release it now but will eventually release V2 probably next week when I figure out how to solve the style issue if ever.

How to use

Pick the column that matches your checkpoint and download a version.
Put it in your LoRA folder (ComfyUI/models/loras or stable-diffusion-webui/models/Lora).
Start your prompt with the trigger, then add the face and outfit tags from the notes page.
A face detailer or upscale pass is recommended for best results.

Parentheses in triggers must stay escaped, e.g. name \(game\).

The card shows small thumbnails so it loads fast. Click any thumbnail to open the full-size original.

Previews marked 🧩 ComfyUI workflow are PNGs with the ComfyUI workflow saved inside. Download the original and drag it into ComfyUI to load the exact prompt and settings. Previews without the mark have no workflow metadata.
