Remove invalid library_name and add paper link

This PR adds a direct link to the paper page Mizar: A 159M-Parameter Audio-Language Model for Audio Understanding in the model card. It also removes the library_name: pytorch entry from the metadata, because pytorch is not a valid Hub library name and the model requires custom loading code (as stated in the README). Keeping an incorrect library_name would generate an unusable code snippet for users.
